I love all themes for Fall, but teaching about apples is my favorite! There are so many fun experiments, art projects, and math investigations you can do with apples. On top of that, the supplies are relatively inexpensive! Today I wanted to share my favorite books and videos about apples!
Best Apple Books
I like to read a mix of informational books along with fictional stories when teaching my apple unit. I also love to fit in some social studies standards by teaching about Johnny Appleseed.
- Steven Kellogg – Johnny Appleseed
- Little Golden Book – Johnny Appleseed
- Ready to Read – Johnny Appleseed
